DO YOU CREATE CUSTOM PIECES

We sure do. If you’re wanting something special and a little bit extra for any occasion, send us an email. Please note that custom pieces take longer as we may need to order supplies.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE

We ship within Australia and worldwide via Australia Post Express.

There are some countries we can’t ship to at this time due to laws, taxes and COVID 19.

HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER IS SHIPPED

Due to a high volume of orders and the majority of our pieces being made to order, our current turn around time is  4 - 5 business days. For custom orders it can be up to one week, longer if we need to order supplies. You will receive an email along with tracking when your order is on it’s way to you. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE

We can’t determine when it will arrive, but keep an eye on your order tracking number.

HOW DO YOUR PIECES STAY ON

Our flower crowns have elastic and our party hats, party crowns and toppers have adjustable elastic.

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE

We offer wholesale on our party hats and party crowns only. Wholesale is only available to legitimate businesses with an ABN or business number. For more information, please don’t hesitate to send us an email.

IS BLUME ECO FRIENDLY

At Blume, we try to be as eco friendly as possible. We use biodegradable packing peanuts, compostable mailers and tape, and our boxes can be reused. We also like to recycle and reuse any boxes we receive. Please note that if we have used bubble wrap or other plastics in your order, it is simply us just reusing was we have received from others.
